Heping Zheng

Heping’s mission is to listen to buyers, sellers, and investors as to what they need. Transferring or managing a property is by no means trivial and is packed with tricks, his motto is to introduce his clients to and steer them through this process as honest and transparent as possible to the best of his abilities. Heping will focus on guiding each of his clients to close the deal without regret years after the transaction has closed.

Heping has lived in the great Charlottesville area for more than 20 years. Currently he lives in Ruckersville and has three teenage kids. He has a Ph. D. degree in computational biology and was working as a research scientist at UVA prior to starting his realtor career. Heping has built two houses on his lot including an investment property and is knowledgeable of different aspects on rural housing with a specialized knowledge in alternative septic systems.
